Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association District III

Palmyra did not reach the 2024 PIAA District III Class 2A field hockey championship game – a fact the Cougars remembered during the 2025 finals against defending champion Warwick.

It took Palmyra only three and a half minutes to find the back of the cage, then added two more first half goals at Memorial Park in Mechanicsburg. The blitz led to a halftime lead which turned into a 5-0 victory and the 2025 championship.

The 16th district title in Palmyra history was the fifth in seven years for the Cougars. Including 2024, Warwick has seven district crowns to its name.
